In your presence...

There is such a peace in the presence of the Most High. There is a great comfort, just sitting, bathing in the Spirit. All in life could go wrong, and many times, it feels like everything has gone wrong; but there is one place that is greater than all our fears, worries, problems, addictions, issues, habits, thoughts, a place where one can just lose themselves. In his presence...

Many times, we are just wandering, lost, running away from God. Many times we find ourselves hopeless and abandoned. Many times we find ourselves alone and scared. Many times we find ourselves broken and ashamed. Many times we fall, many times we fall hard...

Many times we are blinded by our own ambitions. Many times we cause the most pain in our own lives. Many times we suffer from our own hand. Many times we blame ourselves. Many times we just don't understand...

But how many times do we find ourselves at the feet of Christ? How many times do we come to God with no strings attached? How many times do we come to God with his plan in mind? How many times do we come to God, just because he is God? How many times...

I thought going to Bible college would solve all my problems, I thought that getting out of the house would help me see life "better." I thought making my own decisions would make me happy...

There is no hope. There is no joy. There is no peace. There is no comfort. There is no freedom. There is no love. There is nothing in this world...

But in His presence, there is hope. In His presence there is joy. In His Presence there is peace and comfort. In His presence there is freedom. In His presence is forgiveness, strength, love...

His presence is there, but you need to make the effort. God has already done his part, he sent his son to die. We need to do our part...

I dare you to stop what your doing, and just listen to this song and be silent in the presence of God. Just close your eyes, sit back, and worship God because he is God.
